This case is truly heartbreaking… VetVan Thailand were alerted to Boon Rod’s devastating condition by concerned locals who found him suffering immensely on the streets. Half his face was being consumed by maggots, with infected wounds covering three-quarters of his head and his skull exposed, tragically losing an eye.
The endurance and hope this poor soul has shown are astonishing.

Boon Rod is now receiving care at Lovely Pet Hospital, where his journey towards healing can finally begin. However, his treatment will be costly, but doesn’t he deserve this chance. Jazmin is finding it difficult to fundraise for this case as Facebook are understandably blocking the graphic photos. But without being seen people can’t understand the severity of this rescue.
