Abandoned Puppies - Almost frozen to death!
These 5 tiny puppies were found tied up in a bag & abandoned in the yard of a local monastery in Galati, Romania.
They were found by a local person who immediately contacted Sava’s Safe Haven shelter for help.
When Alex from Sava’s first arrived, one puppy was not breathing so she immediately tried to resuscitate him & administer cardiac massage,
before transporting him to the vet clinic along with his 4 siblings. It’s not known how long the puppies were in the bag, but they were almost starved to death & nearly suffocated.
Alex says.. “it’s a miracle he survived. We hope that his life won’t be affected due to this”.
The puppies are only 5-6 weeks old (4 boys & 1 girl) & what a tragic start to their tiny lives! The little boy who needed resuscitating has been named Cliff
& his siblings are Corey, Christopher, Caden & Chloe.
We would like to be able to provide the necessary treatment for all 5 puppies (parasite treatment, vitamins, vaccines, nutritious food etc)
to ensure the pups get everything they need. So we’re trying to raise $350usd as soon as possible.
