In Cha Am Thailand, there are many stray dogs living at the local garbage dump.
Local rescue organisations have been sterilizing these dogs for years, so that the population does not increase.
These rescue teams check on the dogs regularly, feed them and help when they can.

Last week, they noticed this poor girl called “Dam” (which means Black in Thai).
She has a tumour on her left leg and another on her head. She will need surgery to remove the tumor and then chemo afterwards.

We have seen many cases like Dam’s and they look terrible but are often easily cured with the right care.
We’d like to ensure Dam receives this treatment asap, as she’s a young dog, only 2-4 years old & deserves to be healthy.
