Asia has a dark secret, it’s illegal trade in dog meat.

Thousands of dogs every year end up in this terrible trade. They are taken from the streets, many are pets but that does not save them. Criminal gangs steal the dogs & ship them in appalling conditions to the butchers in Vietnam & China many die on the journey. The dogs are then torchered before they are killed as this is thought to make the meat tender. This is not to feed the poor, dog meat is a luxury & fetches a high price. As Asia’s living standards rise the demand for dog meat increases. Many people are working to end this horrific trade, your help is urgently needed to bring a end to this suffering…
