Our wonderful friends at TFC Nepal recently found a stray dog in Koshi – a rural area of the Sunsari region of Nepal.
Kali is suffering from a large and extremely painful TVT (Transmissible Venereal Tumor) in her private area. Her condition is very serious, and she urgently needs chemotherapy
treatment to shrink & remove the tumor. Kali also needs to be sterilized after the tumor is treated.

TFC’s rescue team is preparing to bring Kali to the town of Birtamod, where there is a very good Veterinary clinic used to treating cases like this. Also as you can see by the photos,
Kali has young puppies. They will be fed by caring locals whilst Kali undergoes treatment in Birtamod.

The total cost for her rescue, TVT Treatment , medication, and aftercare is $250usd. This money will save Kali’s life, as without treatment the tumor will grow & eventually claim her life.
