This poor soul “Kanda” was spotted by a volunteer on the streets of Kinawataka-Mbuya in Kamapala, Uganda.

Rescue Group – Animal Lifeline Uganda quickly organised transportation for Kanda & have taken him to their Shelter.
Kanda is suffering from mange, causing severe hair loss & itchy scabs all over his body. He also has several other blood borne diseases which quickly need treatment..
