This case comes to us from our rescuer friend – Moe Diab in Beirut. Moe just found this freezing cold, frightened pup & needs our help to fund hernia surgery & sterilization.

Moe tells us the story… “I found this absolutely pitiful puppy at the rubbish dump today. He really touched my heart as just sat there in the rain- absolutely shaking from being wet and cold.

It was so upsetting to see I couldn’t even take a photo or video him, because it was just so horrible to see. I immediately put him in the car wrapped in a towel to keep him warm.
He has a huge hernia- possibly an inguinal hernia which is so big you can actually see it pulsating and it will be a complex repair due to its size.
