Local rescuer “Tamara” who runs Thai Street Paws shelter, feeds dogs & cats regularly at this temple and was alerted by locals to Neung, who had recently been attacked by an outside dog.
Apparently this same dog (who is owned by someone) also killed 2 temple cats the night before!.
Scroll down to read the rest of Neung’s story….
Tamara rushed Neung to the local vet clinic where he has undergone emergency surgery for a hernia and a massive infected tail wound both caused by the attack.
Unfortunately Neung has also tested positive for Parvo virus and has been admitted for treatment and to try and get his white blood cell count lowered.
Last week was a very busy week for Thai Street Paws and this situation with Neung has just added to their outstanding cases & escalating costs which they can’t afford.
There is nobody else to care for these animals, so please lets get some donations rolling, so that we can pay the treatment costs for Neung and get him healthy again.
Any donation however small will help! Thank you everyone.
All USA donations are now TAX DEDUCTIBLE. We are non profit 501c3 organization in the USA.
