This heart breaking situation comes to us from our friends at TFC Nepal. At around 2pm this helpless mother was seen struggling to give birth
beside a main road in a town called Duwakot (approx 20kms from Kathmandu)in the pouring rain! There was no safe place for her to give birth and no one to protect her.
She and her unborn puppies were fighting to survive.

The rescue team at TFC Nepal eventually received news of this poor dog and reached her location at around 7pm by which time, she had given birth to 8 puppies.
The team took the mother & pups to the vet immediately to check all was ok.

So now the TFC team are trying hard to provide mum & pups with proper care, food, medical support and a safe place to stay.
They have asked for our help to raise $400 which should cover everything they need.

It’s a small amount to raise, but it will make a huge difference to this new family who survived so far against all the odds.

We really feel for this mother dog who’s been named Tapu Aama. We just want her to safe & healthy while her pups are so dependent on her.
