This old Setter was found today near a volunteer’s house in Mesolongian, Greece. This kind hearted rescuer (who is known to the local shelter K9Aid supports), could not ignore him as he was in such a terrible state and could barely walk.

She took him to the nearest vet clinic where they determined he is around 10 years old & weighs 10kg (extremely underweight)! A fully grown Setter should weigh at least 30kgs.
He has several serious blood diseases, mange, is covered in ticks & fleas & is virtually starving to death.

The rescuer (a true angel) has taken hm to her home, even though she already has quite a few animals. She’s named him Victor.
